CALCIUM LITHIUM EP2 HEAVY
Lithium-calcium grease based on mineral oils. The product contains anti-wear additives, anti-oxidants and corrosion inhibitors. It also contains a small amount of polymer to enhance adhesion. It distinguishes from the classic lithium greases through an improved resistance against water and an improved rust protection.

MULTIPURPOSE GREASE 2, 3
This is a lubricating grease for general applications, where no specific requirements are asked. This grease has a good oxidation stability, so that it can insure a long-lasting lubrication. It is water-resistant and it has good temperature characteristics. Therefore it is useable at high temperatures and it stays pumpable at low temperatures.

GREASE MULTI MOLY 2
This grease is manufactured from Lithium 12 hydroxystearate soap. It is a multipurpose grease, containing an addition of molybdenum disulphide (MoS2).
Owing to this, extreme pressure and anti-wear characteristics are obtained, even at the heaviest loads and the most violent shocks.
In certain cases the molybdenum disulphide assures a sufficient lubrication, even after the disappearance of the grease, due to an excessive temperature increase. Seizure of the moving parts is prevented, even after the disappearance of the lubricating film.
This grease presents excellent oxidation characteristics and a very good mechanical stability. Be-cause of its good tackiness on metal surfaces, it is water resistant. This grease also has good anti-corrosive properties and is very pumpable.

This grease has the same excellent properties as LITHIUM EP-2 with also extra addition of molybdenum disulphide and graphite, by which the lubricating power is enhanced. Also the tackiness of this grease is stronger, and therefor has also a better water-resistance.

LITHIUM COMPLEX EP 2
Lithium-Complex grease with “Extreme Pressure” additives without lead, especially developed for the lubrication of roller bearings of vehicles.
It is very comparable with conventional Lithium greases, but can withstand temperatures, that are constantly above 160°C and so ensures an efficient lubrication, with extremes to 225°C.
As it contains anti-oxydation, “Extreme Pressure” and anti-corrosion properties, this grease can easily replace the Bentone greases in the most applications. The “Extreme Pressure” properties of this grease allows it to resist very well against violent shocks and heavy loads.
Its good pumpability, even at low temperatures, allows the use in distribution devices. This grease also assures a regular flow in the finest tubes of automatic lubrication systems. The anti-rust additives protect very efficiently the metal surfaces against corrosion.

HIGH TEMPERATURE GREASE 2
Grease constituted from high viscosity, mineral base oils with high flash point. Bentone is used as inorganic thickener. Because these high quality greases don't have a dropping point, they are often referred to as non-melting greases. They’re specially made for a long-time use at high temperatures. Their lifetime is defined by the resistance to oxidation of the base oil and is dependent of the temperature at which the grease is used.

ALL-PURPOSE EP NR. 0, 00, 000
These are semi-liquid Lithium greases, with NLGI-consistency 0, OO and 000, which are specially designed for central lubricating units, like those applied on industrial machines and trucks.
These greases have excellent low temperature pumpability, where they maintain their good flow properties.
By the use of “Extreme Pressure ”additives”, these greases are resistant to heavy shocks and loads. They have also excellent anti-corrosion, anti-rust and anti-oxidant-properties, which increase the life span of the grease and the lubricated parts.
